I’ve always been a gamer. It all started when I was a little kid playing Mario Bros and my mother yelling at me that I was wasting a beautiful day inside rotting my brain in front of a TV screen. Well, as it turns out she might not be entirely right with that assessment. Researchers have been discovering the mental, social, and emotional benefits of video gaming and documenting them to prove that there is more than meets the eye here.
